Yes, One Superior Place is a pet-friendly apartment community. The building includes a designated dog run and pet grooming facilities. 
Yes. One Superior Place features two on-site fitness centers designed to support different workout needs. One fitness center is dedicated to cardio training, while the second fitness center focuses on strength and resistance training, allowing residents to follow a complete and well-rounded fitness routine without leaving the building

The building uses a 2-pipe heating and cooling system.

  • The system provides either heating or cooling at one time, according to the season. 
  • We comply fully with the City of Chicago Heat Ordinance, ensuring that all residential units meet required heating standards during the official heat season (September 15 through June 1). Our commitment is to provide a safe, comfortable living environment in accordance with city regulations. 

Yes. Three parking options are available:

  1. Unreserved Monthly Parking
  2. Unreserve Lease-Term Parking (must be taken for the full term of the lease). 
  3. Reserved Lease-Term Parking: Assigned parking space that must be taken for the full term of the lease.

Most apartments at One Superior Place include a balcony. The only exception is the 17-style studio floorplan, which does not have a balcony.

Yes. One Superior Place provides 24-hour doorman.

Yes. The package room at One Superior Place is staffed by an attendant.

  • It is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • The package room is closed on Sundays and major holidays.

In addition to attended service, the community also provides Amazon Hub lockers for self-service package pickup.

One Superior Place is exceptionally well-served by Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) rail and bus lines, with several major stations just a short walk away. 
No. One Superior Place does not currently offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Residents who require EV charging will need to use nearby public or private charging locations in the surrounding Chicago area. Availability may change in the future, so residents can check with the leasing office for updates.
Yes. One Superior Place offers an on-site bike room located in the attached garage where residents can store their bicycles.
